Where does flood goes

Sometimes,
when we are too happy, excited, and satisfied,
and sometimes,
when we are hurt, in sorrow or in grief
tears do roll down
from our watery eyes
rolling down from our cheeks,
flooding and falling to ground.
Emotions in our eyes 
are temporary 
but are stored permanently in our mind,
making us high and low
and  I wonder,
by making us realize our grounds,
where do the flowing tears 
do flow from ground
being vapourized 
to fall as monsoon again,
again from our eyes
as sky had no limits.
