Brain drain refers to the migration of skilled people from developing country to developed country in search of better opportunities and better life. This mainly happens in economically backward countries like Nepal and  India.

Many people want to have better life but they can’t have a better life in these undeveloped country. So, they migrate from one place to another to make their life/career  better. The main reason for brain drain is lack of employment opportunities, low salary. Also, due to family pressure. In many cases, people go abroad for their higher education after finishing their higher education they settle there and do not return. Developing countries like Nepal and India mainly suffer from huge loss, they lose skilled people due to brain drain. 

Brain drain has become a biggest challenge to these developing countries they keep on losing talented people. If brain drain keeps going on, undeveloped countries will never be developed and these developed countries will get all benefit. So, In order to avoid brain drain youth should launch awareness program regarding brain drain and also government should also take some steps like prioritizing skilled people raising salary according to their knowledge.
